IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE ROUTE PROTECTION ON YOUR ORDER IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ITEM BECOMES DAMAGED, OR LOST DURING TRANSIT. - Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
- If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
- Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.

- Items not purchased at www.anyahboutique.com
- Items without a ANYAH Boutique packing slip.
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
- Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
- For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
- Washed or worn items
- Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
- Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
- Clothing: tights
- Other similar intimate items
- Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale)
- Special Order Items- any item that is specified as special order cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS!
RETURNS BY MAIL
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
- Pack your return item(s) securely with your completed return form (re-use the original shipping materials, if possible).
- Remove any existing labels on the box.
- We advise you to purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We do no refund or replace items that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
Take your package to your preferred shipping carrier and method (Sorry, we cannot reimburse you for return shipping). Address the package to:

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns
- We will refund your purchase amount to the original method, such as the the credit card used for the order. We will issue refunds once the items have been inspected and there are no visible signs of being worn or damaged. In the event that your return is rejected we will notify you via email.
- Returns/Exchanges received after 30 days will receive store credit only.
